Our return policy

You can register products for an exchange, store credit, or a refund within 30 days after receiving your parcel.

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and neatly folded in the original packaging including all tags. If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.

Once you register your return, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Please make sure to ship your return parcel back to us within 7 days after receiving your label, as the label may expire after that.
